AC Milan faces a challenging situation in their potential pursuit of Darwin Núñez, who is currently with Saudi club Al Hilal. Despite earlier interest from Juventus during his time at Liverpool, it is Milan who are reportedly considering a move for the Uruguayan striker.
Sources indicate that Núñez is looking to leave Saudi Arabia and has a strong desire to return to Italy. His primary agent, Italian lawyer Tommaso Inzaghi, who is closely associated with renowned agent Federico Pastorello, facilitates his international dealings. For European transfers, Núñez also utilizes his family’s agency and occasionally enlists intermediaries like Fali Ramadani.
Milan has been presented with an opportunity to sign Núñez, partly due to his Italian connections. While no formal negotiations have commenced, the club is reportedly interested in his profile, especially as manager Ruben Amorim is keen to acquire a center-forward. However, the deal’s complexity is amplified by Núñez’s substantial wage demands, reportedly around €20 million. This figure makes a permanent transfer financially prohibitive for Milan, with a loan move being the only potentially feasible option.
