The Toronto Maple Leafs have added a promising young forward to their roster. The club officially announced on Tuesday that they have signed center Miroslav Holinka to a three-year, entry-level contract.

Holinka, 19, was originally a fifth-round pick (151st overall) by the Maple Leafs in the 2024 NHL Draft.

The native of Cromeriz, Czechia, played last season for the WHL`s Edmonton Oil Kings, where he recorded an impressive 45 points in 47 games.

He also represented Czechia on the international stage at the 2025 World Juniors, contributing one goal and four points across seven games as his team earned a bronze medal.
