Preview CBS Sports Amplifies UEFA Women’s Champions League Experience with New Studio Program

CBS Sports, the official broadcaster of the UEFA Women`s Champions League, is significantly expanding its coverage for its debut season as the tournament`s exclusive English-language platform. The 2025-26 season is set to commence on Tuesday, October 7th. Every match will be available for streaming on Paramount+, with a selection also broadcast on CBS Sports Network and CBS Sports Golazo Network.

A cornerstone of CBS Sports` enhanced women`s soccer programming is the brand-new studio show, “UEFA Women`s Champions League Today.” This program will serve as the central hub for the competition`s coverage, featuring new studio personalities and celebrated former winners of the FIFA Women`s World Cup and Super League. Hannah Cash will host the studio discussions, joined by an expert panel of analysts including Jen Beattie, Janelly Farias, Darian Jenkins, Kelley O`Hara, and Ali Riley, all bringing top-tier professional experience.

“UEFA Women`s Champions League Today” will offer comprehensive pre- and post-match analysis from its Stamford, CT studio, complemented by live reports from Europe throughout the season. Chris Wittyngham will handle the play-by-play commentary, joined by co-analysts Darian Jenkins and Jen Beattie. Christina Unkel will serve as CBS Sports` rules analyst, and Anita Jones will deliver live reports directly from pitchside.

Jen Calhoun and Adriana Tonelli are named as the Producers for CBS Sports` UEFA Women`s Champions League coverage. David Berson holds the position of President and CEO of CBS Sports. Harold Bryant serves as Executive Producer and Executive Vice President of Production for CBS Sports, while Pete Radovich is the network`s Coordinating Producer for all soccer programming.

CBS Sports recently unveiled a broadcasting agreement with the UWCL, extending until 2030. The updated tournament structure will involve 18 clubs in the initial league stage, introduce a new knockout phase playoff round, and culminate in the UEFA Women`s Champions League final.

This inclusion of the UWCL significantly broadens CBS Sports` women`s soccer offerings. Paramount+ already serves as the exclusive platform for the NWSL Championship, a selection of NWSL regular season games, the Concacaf W Champions Cup, and the Concacaf W Gold Cup. Additionally, various women`s Nations League matches and European friendly games are accessible across different CBS platforms.

Enthusiasts can tune in to the newly expanded coverage starting October 7th, coinciding with Arsenal`s inaugural match against OL Lyon. This marks the beginning of the journey for 18 European clubs competing for a spot in the final, to be held at Ullevaal Stadion in Oslo, Norway.
